Food Journal Analysis

You will complete a 3-day food journal that we will go over together, discussing successes and what we can improve on. We will focus on food sensitivities, eating schedule, movement, blood sugar, energy, and fat. Ever wonder what the heck to eat in the mornings? Or snacks? Or why you feel so bloated when you eat certain foods? Learn about all of this and more here.

Nutritional Assessment

You will complete a comprehensive questionnaire about specific symptoms you may be feeling, which shows me which organ systems are most stressed and where we need to place our focus on. This is how we will track progress (pictured below).

One-Time Consultation

After I analyze the intake forms, your goals, and any recent lab work you may have (blood panel, hormone test, stool test, etc.) we will have a virtual 90-minute consultation where we go over my findings. I will write up a personalized diet and supplement protocol that is 100% tailored to your goals and your body, and is meticulously designed to meet you where you are at in your health journey.
