In today’s society we’re taught to not only normalize our symptoms, but mask them. Migraines? Painful cramps? Irregular cycles? Anxiety? Bloating? Fatigue? Adult acne? Alternating constipation and diarrhea? Trouble falling or staying asleep? “There’s a pill for that!”
Just because symptoms occur often and are experienced by many does NOT mean they are normal. Symptoms are your body’s way of communicating with you that something is not functioning properly. The more you suppress them, the greater the issue becomes down the road. Through diet, lifestyle, supplementation and detox, I am trained to find and fix the dysfunction. Just like when you get a scrape and your body naturally heals it, your body has an innate intelligence that will heal itself if given the right tools.
